If you both are open, then why the hell not? If you hold the paperwork and you two are married alone, make sure there aren't any loose children. I'm poly, the door is "open" but neither of us want someone in. We have discussed if it would be ok to date someone, I've gone on dates with other women. We have kept it open and honest. Why hold secrets, and why control your other. As far as I can see from data, make it "illigal/forbiddin" then you get cheats and rules broken. I've seen female friends of mine cry because "he couldn't be faithful" these are also the same girls that had a rope on him/her, and would have to go everywhere to make sure he wasn't going around. Had the codes to his computer, phone, ect. All because "he could cheat and have someone on the side"
