Friday I had a pediatrician appointment his first,(background story he was born with jaundice 12/26/2016, and released from the hospital Thursday the 30th). I saw that he wasn't looking under percent and he had a cold.... Friday was his first pediatrician appointment I told the doctor that he's he's very congested and what should I do she said he was fine later on that day I took him to the emergency room and the doctors was very nonchalant and did absolutely nothing to care for my child . 

Once again I was told that he's congested and we have to wait it out but deep in my heart and my stomach I knew something was the matter.  

The next day I took him to the bathroom to get steam from the shower ,and we bought a humidifier so that he gets some kind of relief and that did help. However when I took him back upstairs he was coughing and started turning blue. We immediately rushed into Saint Barnabas in Livingston New Jersey which is a 23 minute drive from Montclair. ( mediately the doctor saw what was wrong  and confirmed EVERYthing I said was wrong such as labored breathing and wizening ) these where the same displays when we went to UMC Hackensack hospital ... 

He Spiked a fever of 100.4 and was immediately admitted to the hospital... nurses put Celine in his nose and pulled out mucus that was clogging his nose that was hard as a rock several times with each nostrils . He Oxygen level went up from 68 and still 100% after doing that. They ran lads on the Lucas and found out that he has the FLU at 5 days old. 

Because of his age they have to do a full test on my child. He Receive some mist  therapy , spinal tap , urine and blood analysis.... he was given the oxygen , two different types of antibiotics given twice daily ,the Tammy flu to combat this and Mucus in his nose every 3hours to loosen up any new kids that he may have in the back of his throat and then suction out by the nurse. 

I am beyond stressed and I am so tired of crying although he's almost better I just can't help to think how crazy it is that he is sick with the flu when I am his father does not have any type of sickness so had to be the carelessness of the hospital staff. Please everyone pray for my child so that I don't have to go home without him.  

If you live in the exes county area( I do not recommend mountainside Hackensack UMC Hospital in Monclair New Jersey for any type of treatment) The staff were unprofessional they did not use the proper for cautions with handling a child . Such as a mask and gown. On top of that the nurses station ladies are very rude and the doctors do not have any bedside manners. 

I am beyond discuss with them... we are waiting on the labs
