help please/weight loss

Y'all I have a powerlifting meet on Saturday and how that works is we are separated by weight clas for the 220 class I am a very good lifted last year was on a winning streak our first meet is in a week and I'm 3 pounds to heavy now in the 220+ class those girls are very strong I will get my ass kicked. Sounds dumb but I'm very serious about my competitions but the holidays killed me PLEASE give me tips on how to loose the weight get down to 219 atleast and maintai!!
