Weight loss tips??

Has anyone got any really easy weight loss tips to loose weight rapid. Feel so disgusting with how easy i put weight on. Dont feel good anymore 😥

Long lasting results are going to take time and not come rapidly. It's about making a lifestyle change rather than a "quick fix." Exercising 5 days per week, drinking lots of water, eating lots of healthy foods in the right portions. Find more opportunities to walk (e.g. Park in the furthest parking spot, take the stairs, etc.).

drink lots of water, eat veggies with every meal, don't eat within four hours bedtime, cut out dairy and soy, 30 min exercise a day
