tingling in feet and hands at.m night

Hi! I'm 6.5 weeks pp. I did have an epidural during labor, and a vaginalmpain birth. Ever since then I get a tingling/warm feeling in my legs,feet, and hands at night when I lay down. It does not matter the position, and is thoroughly incomfortable. At my 6 week check up the dr just said to tell my primary as the epidural has already left my system. Thoughts as to what this can be? Anyone else experience the same thing?
