bloated newborn

It's hard to tell in the pictures but my 13 day old daughter is extremely bloated. She's bulging under her ribs and on her left side. She hasn't pooped all day, just little sharts (which she has every day). We bottle fed her pumped milk all last night and today until a couple hours ago because I drank last night and then her dad took her to her grandmas and I stayed home. She's extremely fussy right now,and she seems like she's pooping now. she's atleast trying & farting. I'm just wondering if this is normal bloat or excessive enough to take her to the doctor? I'm going to get her gripe water tomorrow. It's midnight where I am so the Internet is my only option right now 😕
