Zika virus

Hi ladies, anyone in the South still paranoid about the Zika virus? My husband wants to take a trip somewhere South in the Spring (I'll be second trimester) but I am pretty adamant about not going. What are all of you who live there doing? I get eaten alive by mosquitos if I even sit outside for dinner here in PA in the summer. Thoughts? Zika is obviously a very real thing so I don't want to take any unnecessary risks if OB's in the South are still recommending that you stay indoors.
