bad headache, 37w pregnant, should I be concerned?

I don't usually get headaches but I have been up most of the night with a bad headache, front of my headat  the top and just above my eyes, I've taken some paracetamol which hasn't seemed to make a difference,  any advice?

I have had migranes all through this pregnancy. Drink a red Gatorade. You might need to replace some fluid and electrolytes. I don't know why the red works. It just did. 
However. Headache could be a sign of high blood pressure. So call your OB. Especially if you are having pain in your left side or experiencing weird swelling (like not normal for you)
