Mostly craving only fruit and fruit juice. How much is too much? High sugar content.
So I can honestly say burgers and fries and cake does absolutely nothing for me (and I'm a junk food lover). Only thing my body is asking for is fruit. Pretty much fruits that are very juicy like melons, oranges, apples etc. And juice. Especially orange juice, but pretty much any juice omg it's all I can think about. I'm worried though as fruit and especially fruit juice has very high sugar content. When does it reach a point of being too much? Today I felt physically ill after eating a waffle with ice cream, but no matter how much fruit I consume it just doesn't make me feel sick. I'm worried about gaining a ton of weight and also about the risk of diabetes. I'm on the heavier side. Any advice how to treat these cravings?U
