Uncomfortable

Im 8 weeks and 3 days and im just highly uncomfortable. This is my 2nd pregnancy. My son is now 5 years old. I don't remember being this uncomfortable this early into my pregnancy with him. I know every pregnancy is different. I have grown a lot already since i got pregnant. I won't see mu doctor until Jan. 26th. Where I am demanding an ultrasound. Twins run in my family. I just want to know. My lower back hurts im having round ligament pain all the time. Im so tired but cant sleep cause I'm just uncomfortable. Anyone else feel this way?
