Try to be in a relaxed state of mind. Using a birth ball or the tub can be helpful!

Early labor: walking and squatting, gentle yoga,  using gravity to help get baby down. Active: REST! and DRINK! between those harder contractions. Water helped me so much! Just standing in the shower letting the water run down my back helped labor progress quickly

I tried walking for like 10 hours with my son and it took an epidural and a huge nap to relax me and finally make some progress.
