How often do you hold your baby?

I either feel like I'm holding him all day,  or I'm not holding him enough.  What about you?

I hold baby girl most of the time unless she is sleeping in her crib.

I try to put her down when she's sleeping but sometimes mommy needs cuddles! But when she's awake I try to give her a lot of mental stimulation. So either holding her and playing, or laying her on the couch, bed, baby gym mat, whatever and singing or talking with her. Until she can start playing by herself she gets a lot of attention while she's awake, to keep her from being bored and to stimulate her
