any tips? i know its off way off topic but really desperate for tips..

I have an 7 week old puppy and we are trying to potty train him and he doesnt seem to listen... we have puppy pads in the house and we take him outside and whenever we let him back in he uses it inside and does anyone know how to make pups nicer? I believe his teething is what is making him so aggressive... I  think he will grow out of it but does anyone have any tips we can use?

The best way to train a puppy is to crate them (mainly at night). They're less likely to poop or wee where they sleep, so are more likely to hold it in. During the day, every 30 mins to 60 mins take pup outside where you want him to toilet. Put him on the ground and ignore him until he goes to the toilet. Praise him really well and pay him lots of attention. Any time he is inside and seems a bit distracted, take him out again. A few times of him toileting you can add a "command" such as "go wee" or "hurry up". They soon understand the two are connected and can toilet on command. Remember, lots of praise and attention when pup has done as you wanted, and ignore any negative behaviour. Hope this helps 👍🏼

I have a potty training tip! When you see him use the potty inside, grab him mid stream and take him outside so he associates potty time with outside time. It's a process though so you'll have to clean a lot of spots, but that's how you do it.

We had to take ours out every 15 mins and she would still get excited sometimes and pee in the house. She eventually grew out of it.

Take him our every 20 min on the dot. And stay out there until he goes. When he does, praise him. Pet him, love on him, and most importantly say "YES! GOOD BOY!!" Basically throw a party for him. 
If he goes in the house, don't yell or put his nose in it. A firm NO is all you need, and then instantly take him outside. You can clean it up later. Yelling that he went in the house only teaches him that going potty is bad, he doesn't understand you're telling because of where he went.

I got these tips from a k-9 trainer for Military Police dogs and once we started doing this, our puppy did soooooooooooooo much better with his potty training
