Hospital bag??

FTM here and wanted to start packing my hospital bag. What are some essentials/suggestions for what I should pack? Thanks!!

For baby: 
Newborn outfit 
0-3 outfit 
Blankets if you want to bring your own
Socks 
Mittens
Car seat 
Diaper bag
(The hospital will supply diapers, wipes, formula, etc)

For mom: 
2-3 outfits (comfy.) If you breastfeed, I would recommend a button up pajama top. 
Granny panties 
Deodorant 
Soap 
Shampoo 
Bedroom slippers
Makeup 
Socks 
Chopstick 
Lotion 
Toothbrush 
Toothpaste
(Some of these like makeup and soap isn't necessary. The hospital does provide soap and shampoo, etc. But I brought my own for comfort measures)

For dad: 
Pajamas 
Change of clothes 
Camera 
"daddy snack bag" (I put snacks he likes along with a red bull in case we go in at night and he needs a jolt of energy lol)
Underwear 
Toothbrush

MISC:
Camera
Camera charger 
Phones 
Phone chargers 
List of people to call 
Blankets (the hospitals suck) 
Card games (my husband and I play Uno a lot, and we took it just in case I had a long labor. I didn't want many people there when I was in labor, so we took it for a relaxing time wasting activity) 
Birthing ball/relaxing music/anything to help with relaxing

I wish i would have brought more clothing as i had complications and had to stay longer then expected.

Hospitals provide almost everything. Definitely for baby except going home outfit. I pack sweats to leave in and hair conditioner.
