things to help with labor.
I definitely plan to ask my midwife about these things before I start but I wanted to hear others opinions as well.
I was told that drinking red raspberry leaf tea and using evening primrose helps with labor. Also using an exercise ball. Have any of you heard of or tried this? I was told by someone to start the tea and evening primrose now. I'm 31 weeks but I'm afraid that's too early? Any experience?
