can't orgasm ???

I've been having sex for like 4 years now and not one of my partners has gotten me to have an orgasm. I can give one to myself very easily in like 5 minutes but it's like my vagina stops functioning as soon as I'm in front of another person. It's not like it doesn't feel good, my current boyfriend is particularly good at foreplay and sex, but I either lose the build up as soon as it starts or I don't even get close. Even when I touch myselld during sex, still nothing. It's like I have stage fright or something.
