I know that every pregnancy is different (and this is possibly silly to ask) but with my first son he was head down from very early on. It was a relatively easy pregnancy but I did have the occasional heartburn. Now I'm 29 weeks with baby boy number two and he's still breech. I've had severe heartburn with him and an overall feeling like I just can't breathe sometimes which is very uncomfortable. Is this or could it be because he's breech? And if so, did the discomfort go away once your baby finally flipped to head down?
