Did you use bumpers on your crib?

I purchased some minky crib bumpers from Sweet JoJo but now I've been reading some reviews about it being a hazard? I don't plan on having him in the crib until six months or so. What's yalls opinions of that?

I didn't buy them mainly because not only have I heard they can be unsafe but also they just seemed unnecessary to me and a waste of money. I just bought some nice organic sheets instead and saved. I feel like crib sets are way overpriced.

My doctor told me it's a suffocation hazard esspecially when they start rolling over and moving more and to get the mesh breathable bumpers and that's what we use 😊

Suffocation hazard. I'm getting mesh ones just to keep feet and hands inside.  Definitely not using the others.

I used bumpers on all of my
Kids. My last one I did use the New breathable ones. I wasn't worried so much about head bumps then I was about tiny arms in between the bars. I'm going with the breathable ones again this time and possible breathable mattress too as mine were all able to turn over to their tummies with in a month.
