is there a way i can block my ex out of my life for good

so weve been broken up since beginning of August but we kind of have a weird relationship now, sometimes he would be all nice and friendly to me (weonly communicate via facebook)  but most of the time he's insulting me and calling me names and try to bash me down by pointing out my weaknesses and my flaws, cause that's just his way of comforting himself since hes still not over the breakup. he blocked me on facebook and everything after we had a stupid fight on instagram Dm's just an hour ago. but i dont fucking care im over it since a long time ago but whats annoying me so much is how childish he is and I really want him out of my life for good. Can I get a restraining order against him even tho he had never put his hands on me? like he knows where I work and I don't even wanna see his fucking face at my work or anywhere I am, or serve him when I'm working. ? he still has my nudes so my reputation is in his hands😔 he had said before that if I pissed him off he would leak them and I ovviously don't want that..like can I like give his name and adress and infos everything to the police so that way he could never see me again or talk to me or even come near me? or they can't do anything about it if there's no proof he tried to harm me before?
