My boyfriend has worked this entire year, save for two weeks when he switched jobs.

I worked up until June from a steady job, then I had two other jobs that I barely worked at because of pregnancy related issues.

When we were getting his birth certificate, the lady that worked there said that my boyfriend should claim him instead of me since he's been working all year and will get the most back. I've heard differently from other people, but it's from family so I'm not sure who to believe until we get our taxes and can start the process.

What do you guys think? Any advice?
