New to group
Hello ladies. I had an ultrasound this afternoon after having some light bleeding and cramping and found the baby stopped growing at 7 weeks 3 days (I should have been 9 weeks today) and couldn't find a heartbeat. This was my first pregnancy and my husband and I were over the moon. I am just so devastated and don't know what to do to emotionally get past this.
