4 month old baby, possibly pregnant again?

I've suddenly started feeling nauseous, extremely tired, dizzy, craving foods, repulsed by others and very sensitive to smells, and cannot get enough sex, these are all symptoms I had when I was pregnant last time and came on suddenly at 6 weeks. 
My partner and I were joking about it that maybe I'm pregnant again. 
We had sex when our baby was around 12 weeks old and he pulled out, that was 6 weeks ago and even though I'm breastfeeding I'm concerned.

Our baby isn't quite 4 months old and and I'm just wondering if anyone else on here had their kids so close together? 
We want more kids, I'm just panicking about the ages and if I'm honest I found it really hard last time when our baby was a newborn.

Take a test, that'll let you know. I spoke to my doctor about breast feeding and pregnancy chances. He said it can be a fair form of protection if you
A) are under 6 months PP
B) consistently breast feed every 4 hours or less 
C) have not had your period yet

The trick is, you are going to have your period at some point, and you'll ovulate beforehand. You don't know when that will be so it's a risk. He showed me a study on it and the results, it was similar to a condom if you fit all three of those items above.  He was still cautious though, advises birth control particularly at the 6 months and over point.

I wish people would get facts instead of listen to wives tales.

Breast feeding is NOT a birth control. While it may make it a little harder to get pregnant, you still very easily can get pregnant while breast feeding. Especially if you only rely on the very flawed concept of the pull out method. Neither of these things are good forms of birth control, so you very well could be pregnant.
