Wrist pain and hands numb?

Anyone else experiencing wrist pain and numbness in arms down to fingertips. It's going on when I'm driving, sitting, pretty much doing anything. Even keeping me up at night. I don't remember this symptom the first time around 8 years ago. :/

Yes, I've been having this odd symptom for about a month now. Apparently carpal tunnel is common due to the extra fluid and swelling. Hurts to even use a spoon sometimes!

Carpel tunnel is a thing for preg! Yay!! Also in your ankles. Once your wrists start to calm down, just practice rotating them to keep the blood flowing. Try not to put a lot of pressure on your joints. And if you're sitting a lot, schedule in circulation breaks. Stand up, rotate your wrists and ankles, do some squats, rub your hands up and down your legs and arms to encourage blood flow. 
These are all things my doc told me a few months ago.

My wrists and hands are doing the same thing, and like you I don't remember this from my first pregnancy 9 years ago.
