hypnobabies- is it working?

Question

I'm using the hypnobabies CDs at night and always seem to fall asleep in the middle of them, but always wake up at the very end. Last night I woke up with a minute left and nothing was being said so just now this morning I listened to the last few minutes and the lady instructes you to wake up--- weird!! Because I did! Does this mean I really was hypnotized?

totally ok, actually means you are in deep hypnosis. there is a facebook page called hypnobabies support group that is awesome with these questions! the creator of hypnobabies is even in it.

No mama I did the same thing but it's a good thing in fact I was so upset cause I never got to hear everything she said lol but that's ok, during my birth I was super calm and I was like "oh it was working!" Lol enjoy!

I used to do the same thing! I would put a few of the tracks in a playlist to listen to throughout the night and would wake up at the end of each track where they tell you to wake up and fall back asleep at the beginning of the next track. It got to be so I wasn't staying asleep at night so now I just listen to the affirmations and I don't wake up with that. I think our hypnosis is working 😊
