Wearing a bra, makes the cleavage push together and wearing it for too long will do this! It gets warm and damp there. Try to give your boobs a break by taking off your bra!

For me that happens if oil collects and it gets itchy and I kind of touch it too much. Use an oil free soap there and exfoliate that area. Then use a light lotions and don't wear a bra or tight shirt for a day or two. It'll clear right up

Diaper rash cream will get rid of it! I am big chested and when I work out my chest breaks out from sweat. Diaper cream is cheap and it goes away within two days

Try wearing bras with no underwires and don't wear one when you sleep

Use astringent. It'll dry it out. I have really big boobs and I use it and it works.
