Ache in low abdomen
Hi ladies, I'm 20 weeks + 4 and for the past two days I've had an ache in my lower tummy. Sort of feels like I've pulled a muscle and it's mostly there when I bend over, rollover in bed or pick something up. Anyone else had this? Don't know if it's just muscles expanding or if it's something to worry about, what do you think? X
