Physical response to newborn cry

Hey there. I am 8 dpo (I think). Of course I am hoping to be pregnant! We just had a meeting here at work. In the hallway I could here a newborn cry and I had a strong physical response to it. I don't think I ever had that before. Two female coworkers laughed and asked if there was something I hadn't told them yet. I said no, but of course I hope so! Anyone have an idea? Wouldn't it be too soon for pregnancy stuff? Thx!
