It's been about a year..😭

I saw the guy who raped me yesterday... I was in the car as my brother put gas in his car. A car pulled up to the pump in front of us and he got out of the car turned to face my car... and I screamed "OH MY GOD. Can we go? Are you done?" He ducked back into his car as my brother attempted to ask what my problem was with that guy. We got home and I had this sheer panic that he was going to follow me home. As I got out of the car I realized I was shaking.. and I couldn't stop for the next few hours. I broke down crying. I fell apart and the fear came back. The nightmares were awful last night and I don't feel safe. I thought I'd never have to see him again.. and I don't know what to do.
