Anyone else waiting on a period to start Clomid? :(

I never thought I'd be praying for a period, but I am constantly hoping it will be here. I'm 5 days late and last month was my first period in 11 months. We are waiting on my period to start before I start Clomid, but what if it doesn't come? Progesterone again? Has anyone else been through this?  Thanks. 😔

They gave me Provera to start my period. When I first went I was only on day 5 of my cycle and they told me I had to wait until my next period to start medication. My periods as often as once a month and as far apart as once every 9 months. They made me wait until cycle day 50 before they would even prescribe Provera to force a period. I hope you start before then! Waiting 2 whole months was miserable!!!

I was also waiting, all the way till CD39 then finally AF showed! I was Sooo happy to get a period, I never wanted it as bad. Got to do my first round of 100mg Clomid days 3-7 currently on CD16 was a positive opk :) Good Luck! Hoping it was really worth the wait!!

There is a drug to start your period ...not too sure on the name of it since it was a long time ago... but you could always ask about it. Then when you start taking clomid it should start regulating your period

I was in your shoes a few weeks ago! It's hard waiting to get started! I just finished my Clomid and am waiting for the go ahead for my trigger. Baby dust to you!!

Same mine just started after being 3 days late and it's so light but we'll give the clomid a try!

Same thing happened to me. I took provera for 10 days to induce a period and it finally came 8 days after the final pill.. I was begging for it to come
