what will put you in labor?

In everybody's opinion, what puts you in labor? I hear some many people get induced because it makes labor longer for some and a lot harder. I don't want to be one of those people.

I tried everything! Then Ended up getting induced half way through my 41 week. Labored for 21 hours and ended up having an emergency c section as baby and I were both going downhill. She did not want to come out!

When i was due i tried everything the night before my appointment, bouncing and pelvic rotations on an exercise ball for hours, evening primrose, sex, i walked for an hour every night, and did squats.

I ended up going to my doctors appointment where she told me i was on the verge of my membranes breaking so she gave me a sweep and as soon as she did it i started having contractions and six hours later they were consistent and then nine hours later i had a baby.

After going into early labor 8 times, I was to my due date and nothing...

So I tried everything (minus castor oil), and nothing worked. I got induced, to end up in emergency c section....

My mom was induced with me and it was a short and easy birth. Not every induction is a horror story
