7w5d ultrasound and first appointment.
Yesterday I went to my first doctor appointment. They went over medical history (veryyyyy long history for my family) and I got to see the baby and hear the heartbeat for the first time! 
Everything is fine with baby but I was told I have a small amount (<1cm) of blood trapped behind my placenta from implantation which I was told will usually go away on its own but will recheck in 4 weeks. I also have a 2cm cyst on my left ovary that they said is the ovary I ovulated from so they want to monitor that also.
Anyways, morning sickness has the best of me for the pst couple weeks. It hits as soon as I wake up and comes and goes throughout the day. My doctor did prescribe me a different anti-nausea medication as the phenugran(sp?) I was originally prescribed made me so drowsy I couldn't function properly.
