Changing hormones maybe ??

My blood test came back negative .. I had weird spotting last week on and off .. I wasn't sure if that was AF or what because it was brown the entire time , never got any heavier .. But my face has started breaking out and I woke up this morning with really sore breast especially my left one . I don't know if it has something to do with my hormones changing or If I should retest . I'm breast feeding my son and he's never had baby acne .. But when my face broke out so did his . The last time my face broke out was right after I gave birth and before that was early pregnancy some of the acne is cystic like it's hard knots under my skin ..   My boobs haven't hurt like this since I had a regular period . Idk if I'm starting to ovulate and I'm just being extreamly sensitive to the hormonal changes because I haven't really had a regular period since my son was born in July . So it's very possible that I have gone 19 months without ovulating ..? I haven't been on any BC breast feeding is the only method we have used .. Idk what's going on with my body .....
