Rib and Back Pain

So, as embarrassing as it is to admit, I had to have my husband call an ambulance for me tonight because I was having absolutely insane rib cage and back pain. At the ER, they ruled out any kind of heart problem and then basically sent me packing with some basic Motrin. But the pain was intense. So, so much worse than anything I have ever felt before. I'm 6 weeks pp and had a c-section. Was wondering if any other mommies had heard of this or have had something similar and how you dealt with it?
