Which wives tale do you believe is true?

It's always fun trying to guess your baby gender. Which wives tale was true for you?

This adorable Chinese lady come up to me and asked when my baby boy was due. I asked her how she knew it was a boy, and she said if you're having a boy your belly is like a basketball and usually high, if it's a girl your belly is wider and lower. If that makes sense! It was true for me and others I talked too to. Super cool Chinese wives tale :)

None. The only one that has even a small amount of truth is the heartburn=hair. Now, it's not been scientifically proven but some studies have shown a small link between the amount of heartburn, and if baby has hair. But the tests were not consistent enough for it to be proven to be a fact

most of them were true for me. I'm having a boy so my bump is low, I wanted savory/salty foods (until my sweet tooth came back in 3rd trimester lol), I had mild morning sickness, his heart rate is always in 130s or 140, I've only gained weight in my belly. not sure what else there is but also the Chinese calendar was right haha

For me, the baby bump test & heart rate was true for me. I'm having a baby girl and my baby bump sits up high and my baby girl heart Rate is always higher than 140. And the fact that my child father gained weight too. lol
