I hate the whole New Years resolution thing, but it's about time I lost some weight. Would it be possible to lose 50 lbs in 6 months? I don't want to just google or Pinterest stuff that's not going to work, so if you have any suggestions, please comment below. Idk if I should just diet, or start a program or what.
Also, I'm a college student, so you can imagine why I've gained so much weight, if that gives you any ideas.
