Cramps but no period..

I've been cramping like I'm going to start my period since before Christmas. I'm almost 4 months post partem and have yet to have a period even once so far. Pregnancy tests have all said negative. Been testing for ovulation for a few weeks and haven't ovulated yet.. Starting to panic..
