Back to work 😩😫

Hey September mommas!!! Hope everybody and your babies are doing great!!! I have a question for the mommies who went back to work. I just came back to work this week and I'm a complete mess!! We're not keeping our routine. Baby is super fussy now. She's not sleeping at her usual time. My other 2 kids are driving me nuts with homework. My question is how do you get back into the routine?? Will it ever go back?? Please tell me there's a light at the end of this tunnel!!! 😫😫😫
