It's normal.. They consider it "growing pains". As long as it doesn't get too bad n you start mild to heavy bleeding. Spotting early on is considered break thru bleeding and also fairly common. Congrats!

I had abdominal "pain" but more just discomfort from day 1. It can be a little scary. I would say the best advice is to just relax and try to keep positive. Later I had some severe pain which was just muscular from stretching. I thought for sure it was something more serious. Stay optimistic mama!

That's normal. It's more than likely you just growing and stretching for the baby. The only time to worry is if your cramping really bad and youre bleeding. Congrats. ☺
