I'm going to be in 4 weddings this year "2017" and I need to loose some weight... If anyone has any tips at all on ways to exercise and ways to eat, that would be amazing. Thank you all!😊 I appreciate it!😊

I've downloaded the app watertime pro which counts how many glasses of water I need to drink to reach 41 oz. If I drink coffee it goes down. Even reminds you to drink water I've also downloaded fabulous and logged in the goals I want to achieve and it reminds you when it's time for your goals. Like exercising, and eating healthy and going for walks.I've also bought the twist workout board since I don't have time for the gym it's so simple and easy to use, compact, and time effective, it targets every part of your body, your legs, your abdomen, and your arms. I've lost 6 lbs in 3 days Congrats on being on 4 weddings!!! I always watch that show with my grandma when I visit since she loves it

count calories, and be honest with yourself!! track even bites of oreos, sips of soda, etc. calculate your tdee, and eat 500+ less than that per day. this will cause you to lose weight without exercise. any exercise will help with burning calories and toning muscles along with strengthening your cardiovascular health and making you feel more awake and energized!
