how to see your baby move

Hello ladies I'm just wondering how are y'all catching your babies move ?my little one moves a lot but it seems to be when I try to catch her she stops! Some ladies are seeing their bellies move and kicking and stuff am I still to early ??im 26 weeks  almost 27 . I just woke up and my stomach is tight and she's moving so I'm trying to catch her but I just feel like my stomach looks like a heart beating lmao ?! Where is my baby ??
