Horrible cold at 11 weeks 😫
I literally can't breathe, can't sleep, I think I have a hernia from coughing so hard... Anyone have some safe remedies for coughing/congestion? I've tried a humidifier, steamy showers, soup, tea, just about everything. I'm dying here, I'm in so much pain. Help 😫😫
