advice please!!

Since Tuesday, my baby has been violently screaming, mainly after a bottle and he doesn't like to be in any other position but upright with me stood up too and not even this works every time. He has also started spitting up and being sick a couple of times after his feeds. I've tried gripe water to see if it was constipation or wind but he is still crying. Can it be reflux? Can t just happen all of a sudden?
