Advice needed!

So I've been on birth control for a few months now, the one where you only have four periods a year. I went through a pack and skipped the week pills, and I figured I would have some breakthrough bleeding, which I am right now. I've been using a super but at the end of the day, most of it isn't full but it feels like I had bled through? It's a clear fluid filling it up and I don't know what it could be? My gyno still hasn't called me back? Any advice?
