TMI warning! need help with boob job decision

I want a boob job and lift (definitely a lift) But I'm nervous how big I should go and honestly I've read so much about different things to and I'm unsure what exactly to do. I'm scheduling for March so I'm healed by summer... here's a photo (I only have the doctor to ask but I'm asking you ladies for other opinions because I can't post my boobs anywhere else anonymously for honest feedback you know?)
