Baby shower???

My mother is trying to really do the shower march 11 and my son is due april 15 .. Is this uncommon because i feel like this is just ridiculous.. When's the perfect time for baby shower ?

I feel like that's when it's most common, at least with all of the bsby showers I've attended. I didn't have a baby shower at all, so I can't compare it to my personal experience.

Sound sfine. My baby was due nov 21st and my baby shower was oct 9th. I had her on nov 9th

I did mine at 37 weeks. I was due 4/1.

Mine ended up being on sep.25th and baby was born oct.19 and it was fine.
