double stroller recommendations?

Hi all,
Wondering for those of you that have multiple kiddos, which double stroller you'd recommend. I have a Graco single with click and connect option for the infant seat to click in. I have loved it but need to upgrade for upcoming baby. There's so many options out there, I'm overwhelmed! I kinda would like to stick with Graco so I can keep my current infant seat but I'm not adverse to switching brands if there's one out there with rave reviews. Ideally I'd like it to be $400 or less!

Graco makes their version of the baby trend sit and stand, it was what we were originally going to purchase but ended up going with the baby trend sit and stand because it was on sale

I have two different Graco double strollers that fit the click connect car seats.

One of them is a couple of years old and they don't make it anymore. However, it looks similar to the duo glider click connect double stroller. It worked for what we needed (we had a new baby and a toddler).

We're expecting twins now, so we bought the Graco fast action fold duo click connect stroller. We haven't had the need to use it yet, but I think it will work very well for our needs this go around. The children sit side by side instead of front to back, which is one of the bigger differences between the two.

The first one is $149 on amazon and the second one is $199 on amazon.

My friend has a Graco Modes Duo and likes it. She has a 2-year old and 2-month old. It has multiple configurations available. I'm leaning towards a Baby Jogger City Select. We use a City Premier as our everyday stroller and love it. The City Select is not a bargain but I have seen some gently used ones for sale. They typically cost the same as the stroller with the single seat only. A newer version is supposed to come out later this spring with a few changes and I'm hoping to wait and get it. Smaller fold, a few extra configurations, jump seat, etc.

City select is amazing, you can do anything with it....any position, and you can use it as a single if your older one doesn't need the stroller that day. I use it for 3 kids  (you can have 2 seats and a stand and ride attachment). It's over 400 with the double stroller  converter but you can buy a preowned one or maybe everyone can pitch in as your baby gift.  A lot of doubles have what I call the dungeon seat, it sits below the seat in front so that kid sees nothing and is basically in the basket. That bugged me.  The city select elevates the back seat.
