gestational diabetes

I went in for my 24 wk check up and had gained 10lbs so they did the GB test early and I failed I got a 150. But I just got done eating awful after New Years I am extremely healthy normally l. So I have to retest Monday. I have been back to eating very good. But I really want a cookie something small. Help?!??
