Thigh marks?

I got up to take a shower and turned around and saw this on the side of my they and some on my butt. Are these stretch marks? They're red and kind of look like stretch marks, but also like I was scratched. Someone help please.

Those look more like varicose veins

Yeah they are stretch marks hun. I have this around my hips, butt, and inner thigh area. The only thing is mines are dark brown since I'm of a darker complexion!
