sound machine
We bought a sound machine yesterday hoping it would help our little one sleep through the night like she did before she hit the 4 month sleep regression. Well last night she slept for 10 hrs and didn't wake once. Fingers crossed it's not a coincidence. She's been restless after midnight and a friend recommended it.
