Pregnant and belly sit so low!

Turning 29 weeks tomorrow and my belly sitting so low any other moms who are carrying low deal with constant back and pelvic pain? what are some things I can do to ease my pelvic pain I still have 8 weeks to go before my little guy will make his entrance and I don't think I can make it 8 more weeks with the pain I'm in seem like it getting harder to walk and even get out the bed sometimes because of the pelvic pain I'm in!
